Palma Sola Trace currently contracts with Brightview Landscape Co. for maintaining the beautiful lawns and landscaping in the SFHs. The removal of landscape waste is included in the contract. Landscape waste consists of palm and hardwood branches, plant clippings, etc. Place your landscape waste curbside no earlier than dusk the day before for collection the following morning. Brightview currently picks up Monday – Friday. They do not pick up on weekends. Please do not put Landscape Waste out for weekend pickup. Also, please note, Brightview will not pick up personal plant waste.
Work Orders for the Single Family Homes Neighborhood
After signing into the Gulf Coast Portal, choose Requests, then General Request. Continue by selecting Service Request in the “Choose Type of Request” box. Complete the form by filling in the necessary details. Photos and Documents can be attached to the request.
Tenants will need to ask the owner to complete a work order.
This same process may be used to report to the Master Association any landscaping or irrigation issues with common areas.
