Pool and Amenity Rules

Fitness Room Rules
1. Hours of operation 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
2. Any resident who uses the equipment does so at their own risk. Exercise
equipment users should consult their physician for recommendations.
Residents should, for their own safety, have another person present when
using the equipment. Employ a buddy system.
3. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the fitness room unless
accompanied by an adult resident.
4. Proper gym attire must be worn at all times, athletic shoes, t-shirts. No
wet bathing suits are permitted in the fitness room.
5. All weights and equipment must be returned to their designated space.
Do not remove equipment from the Fitness Room.
6. Wipe down all equipment after use.
7. Limit your use of equipment to 30 minutes if others are waiting.
8. No pets except service dogs permitted.
9. No bicycles permitted inside the building. Use the bike rack located
outside.
10.If you are the last person turn off the tv, lights and fans.
11.Do not tamper with or change the temperature of the thermostat.

Community Room Rules
1. Residents may enter the Pool and Clubhouse areas during regular hours by using
one of their access cards.
2. Non-resident owners who have delegated the right to use the amenities to their
tenants are required to provide the Association with a written authorization and list of
their tenants.
3. No smoking or vaping in the building.
4. Do not remove furnishing from the Community Room.
5. No pets except service dogs permitted.
6. The Community Room is available for private rental to residents and authorized
tenants of PST on a fee basis. All rental requests need to be made through the property
management company.
7. Furniture should be replaced in their proper place after use.
8. Use of social room for PST meetings and social events must be reserved through
management.
Living in a community requires that all residents abide by the rules. Residents and their
guests are responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the pool area, community
room and fitness room. Discard your trash and leave with all your belongings.
