Those homeowners leaving PST to head back North should suspend any extras they are paying for with Fibernow as well as unplugging the two TV boxes.
Leave the Plume devices plugged in if you need wireless internet service in your home while you are away.

Homeowners are responsible for canceling service and returning the equipment of their current Spectrum/Frontier service provider to the appropriate office. The bills will continue unless the service is terminated and all of the the equipment is returned.

Programming for the Fibernow TV services is through their facility in Miami.
The PST bulk rate fee of approximately $60 a month plus taxes and fees includes 200Mbps internet service symmetrical download and upload speeds, a wireless transmission system, two HD cable TV boxes, 250 hours of online HD video storage for the whole house Cloud DVR function, and TV programming.
Payment of the PST bulk Fibernow internet and TV service fee will be made through the homeowner’s quarterly HOA maintenance fee.
All homeowners will be charged for the service on their HOA account.
Optional retail services and equipment will be billed directly through the homeowner’s individual Fibernow account.
Homeowners are responsible for returning their Fibernow equipment to Fibernow when they move or terminate their service with the company.
