Here are the choices for new flooring in the clubhouse.
The Clubhouse Flooring Committee has selected three options for the replacement.
Two colors of “carpet tile” and one “luxury vinyl plank.” Both are commercial grade.
The carpet tile will improve the stability of the chair casters and result in the tables being far
easier to move. The vinyl is much more durable than the current flooring.
The cost of the products: Carpet Tile – $13,000 and the LVP is $18,000.
